You have the unique opportunity to visit two of the most beautiful countries in Eastern Europe: Romania and Bulgaria. Bulgaria is famous for its ancient towns such as Balchik and Veliko Tarnovo, rose oil production and for the Orthodox Rila Monastery. After meeting with your local guide at the border of Nadlac, you drive to Hunedoara.
In the morning, you visit the famous medieval Hunyadi Castle. Afterwards, you drive to the Hateg region, to find the first Dacian settlements, and then to Targu Jiu, the birth place of the famous sculptor – Constantin Brancusi. City tour and drive to Craiova.
In the morning, you visit the Wallachian city, Craiova. Then you drive to Pleven, where you visit the Panorama Museum. Drive to Arbanassi, where you discover the Village Museum.
In Veliko Tarnavo, one of the most beautiful cities in Eastern Europe, you can learn more about the culture and the history of Bulgaria. After the city tour you drive to Gabrovo and Kazanlak, where you find the region of the famous rose oil. Visit at the Rose Oil Museum. In the afternoon, you travel to Varna.
Today you have free time at your disposal. You can lie in the sun, go shopping or discover the city on your own.
In the morning, you visit the wonderful city of Balchik with its Botanical Garden. After, you drive towards Bucharest, the Romanian capital, but on the way you stop in Constanta, the largest harbor at the Black Sea Coast.
As capital of Romania, Bucharest is in the world’s spotlight. It has a story to share. During the tour in Bucharest you discover a city of contrasts: the Parliament Palace – the second largest administrative building in the world, the Patriarchal Church and the Village Museum. Drive to Brasov. On the way you visit the most famous castle in Eastern Europe: Dracula’s Castle.
After a short visit in Brasov, where you can admire the Black Church, you drive to Sighisoara – the birthplace of Dracula. Here, you visit an old fortress with its Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill and House of Dracula. Drive to Cluj-Napoca.
During the sightseeing tour in Cluj-Napoca you also visit the St. Michael Church and afterwards you drive to the border.
